UnknownSearcy (LP) In high school, you always hear of all these clubs that you should join because it looks good on a college resume. It though can be hard to differentiate between all the clubs and which ones fit you best. To help you figure out what best fits you, here is a list of what each club really does.

Fine Arts Club:

This club is for those that love the arts and have a passion for it. They  have to have been in an art class to be apart of the club.

BETA Club:

BETA is all about service for the school and community club. They have a lot of after school projects and normally have a lot of events to attend. They have to get 1000 points to earn a cord.  To be eligible to be apart of BETA, you have to be a junior and have good grades with excellent citizenship. Members are formally invited to be apart of the club.

NHS Club:

National Honor Society is for those with all A’s and B’s, and they have to be inducted into the club as a junior at the end of the year. They have to do a service project in the community of ten hours and get some other points by volunteering to get a cord for graduation. They are all about volunteering.

Key Club:

Key Club is a fun club to be apart of. You can be inducted at any year of high school, and they are linked with AWANAS Club. They do a lot of luncheons and services for their clubs.

National Spanish Honor Society:

To be apart of this club, you have to be a student in a Spanish class for at least two years. This club is for those interested in the Spanish language and culture. You have to have two years of Spanish but then you do not have to be apart of any other foreign language class. Members are formally invited to be apart of the Unknown-2group.

French Club:

This club is for those in a French class. To be a member you have to apart of the class, and it is for those interested in the French language and culture. They are known for their French Valentines that they hand out each year on Valentine’s Day.

Youth to Youth:

This club is for those that are about reaching out to the community and the other teens in the community. They do a lot of volunteer work and are in charge of the Red Ribbon Week.

FCCLA:

Future Career and Community Leaders of America is another club that is about helping others. They have meetings and try to interact with students and are in charge of a lot of student led activities.
