Searcy (LP) Not many high school students can say that have their own business. But senior Joe Faith is one of those students. Joe Faith has dreams of being an entrepreneur, meaning he wants to own his own business and be his own boss. This year he has started a beard oil business and plans to expand to other products.  He makes all his product on his own, so they are 100 percent natural.

“My business is Fuzzy Joe’s Beard Oils!” said senior Joe Faith. “We make high quality, all natural oils for the beards.”

Even though it sounds like a far out their business and that there may not be many people in the market, he has succeeded so much in the short time that he has been up and running. He has two different vendors as of right now: the Good Measure Market and the Natural Food Store. Both are found in Searcy.

“I supply a lot of the local White County beards-men with great beard growing products that will keep a beard looking healthy and soft,” said Faith.

He came up with the idea through no other than the internet and having an avid passion for beards himself.

“I follow a blog called “The Art of Manliness” who does all sorts of great manly topics, and they had an article about how to make your own natural oils for beards,” said Faith.

He does not have any plans set in stone for the future, but he hopes to expand his education in business to be a better businessman.

“I know that I am going to college to get a degree in business management,” said Faith. “After I finish college, I will decide where to go from there.”

He loves being an entrepreneur at such a young age and having defying the odds set against him.

“I hope that by trying to do something that most people wouldn’t expect of someone my age to be able to change how people view young people and their work ethic,” said Faith.
