Searcy (LP) Spring is here and so are the brides. Robbins Stanford had a bridal fair at their Grand Hall since wedding time is here there was a great turn out. Most brides are rushing to figure out what to do now that spring is here and their times are coming so close. Lilian Burger a tenth grader at Searcy high said her wedding is June 21st of 2018. Heather Kemper at Robbins Sanford gathered up booths to help these brides with the process “All the booths that are here we work closely with to set up dinners and weddings.” This was the 4th annual bridal fair in Searcy.
Caterers, decorators, photographers, jewelers, planners, and beauticians gave advice, phone numbers, and recommendations for the best wedding a woman could have. Caterers brought food and drinks to try. Harding campus has a business called Classic Fare catering that can help plan your meal, provide dishes, and food. Midnight oil brought coffee and hot chocolate with beautiful hearts. Rib Crib even brought brownies and their catering menus. One other company there was Natalie Madison’s Artisan Cakes, Beautiful cakes towered the tables. Lilian said “My favorite was the food and caterers.”
There was three tables specific to beautification of the bride and all involved in the wedding the first booth was Lip-sense With their last all day lipstick. The lipstick dries to your skin with an alcohol cleaner so no germs go in the bottle cleans and helps heal your lips. There was an add on gloss for a slight shine. Another Booth was Bronzed-berry Who was selling spray tan parties for the brides special day. Pearls by Danita, brought beautiful real pearls colored, shaped, and made into personal gifts and jewelry for brides to look at as a final piece.
Many booths were for decorating, planning, and the place to have it. Heather said,”The Grand Hall is used for many weddings and professional dinners.” So many ideas were brought to each bride influencing them to make their wedding their own. The life of a bride is stressful, making decisions that won’t make everyone happy but yourself. Being a bride you feel conceded when truly you’re trying to make your dreams come to life in front of everyone and that is okay. Any advice Lilian could give to a bride was plan extremely ahead of time and have due dates for everything.
