Many people may think that there is nothing to do in Searcy on a Friday night or any other
day of the week, but if you look closely there are many things to do. Just a short list of
possible things to do can include but are not limited to:
- Hanging out with friends at one of the local coffee shops
- Driving up and down Race Street numerous times
- Go get some frozen yogurt or ice cream at some of Searcy’s ice cream shops
- Go outside and ride fourwheelers with some friends
Even though Searcy may seem boring there really is more to do here than people might
think. If you really know how to have fun you wont let anything stop you. Searcy is also
home to many places where people can hang out:
- Froyo Factory
- Midnight Oil
- Underground Coffee House
Many teens even go to Wal-Mart to entertain themselves. Even if you don’t want to go out
and do something away from home, Searcy has many places that rent movies inlcuding
Hastings and Red Box. If you do want to do something away but aren’t hungry you could
go to Searcy’s Cinema 8 which features all of the latest movies.
