FCCLA PARTY

Searcy, AR (LP) — Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) offers members the opportunity to expand their leadership potential and develop skills for life planning, goal setting, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal communication—all necessary within the home and workplace. Last Wednesday they had their annual FCCLA requirement party in Ms. Johnston’s Family Consumer Science room. Ms. Johnston is the FCCLA club sponsor of FCCLA club. She is a very sweet teacher. Funny and fun teaches the cooking club and plenty others. They invited all the members and potential members to join them for a get together so they could let everyone kinda see what FCCLA is about. They all gotta eat some amazing food. We played some games and got to know each other with the time they had. They all enjoyed themselves. Get to interact with each other, hangout a bit, laugh and have fun. Lillian’s team got first place in the scavenger hunt. As I asked Ms. Johnston on Tuesday, she said her favorite part about the whole thing was.“Probably just having the opportunity for new members to get together and just kinda visit.” You know everyone just kinda enjoys themselves and just kinda hangs out and releases stress after school. Just have fun doing something different.” And to give Ms Johnston some credit she picked and brought the food for them. along with all the other stuff, even her enjoying the food. “We hopefully recruited some new members in the end for our organization.” They hopefully did recruit some new members in the end for their organization. Thank you for your time and enjoy reading more of lions TV news.

    FCCLA Went To The Fair

FCCLA sure had fun at the fair here in Searcy. With the animals and judging the sighs and food too. They especially had fun with the hunt. It surely was a hoot for them. When they all went running around looking for the things on the list. Also seems like the people from the animal cutler had some fun judging animals and the tug war pull too. We can’t forget about them. Sadly Searcy lost the tug of war but there’s always next year. FCCLA dues are due Friday 9/29/23 same with ordering T-shirts. They like to wear their T-shirts to events. $15 to join FCCLA. FCCLA is a fun thing to be a part of with the awesome sweet teachers. If you have any questions you can always go to them.
