Like first snow angel, snowman, first time sledding and seeing it all.\u00a0My parents woke my twin and I up that morning and I looked out my bedroom window to sleet and snow.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><br \/>\nI got dressed fast and headed out. Then I fell with my first step onto the snow.\u00a0I was wearing my tennis shoes that had little traction so later i got rain boots that helped to keep me from falling.\u00a0We played in it for a little while and since there is this steep and icy road by my house that only has two houses up it, we decided to go sledding.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><br \/>\nSledding was so much more fun than I thought it would be. At first, we used a box with our dogs pulling it. Then, we decided to use an air mattress.\u00a0Sledding was so much more fun than I thought it would be.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><br \/>\nThen, we went up farther north to Batesville, Ark. to get into real snow.\u00a0The snow was so fluffy that when we threw it, the snow disintegrated.\u00a0The fun continued all weekend and when school was canceled for two more days.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-19563\" style=\"border: 1px solid black;\" alt=\"DSCF0840\" src=\"https:\/\/searcylionpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/DSCF0840-400x225.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/searcylionpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/DSCF0840-400x225.jpg 400w, https:\/\/searcylionpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/DSCF0840-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/searcylionpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/DSCF0840-97x55.jpg 97w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><br \/>\nWe eventually got real sleds to go sledding and I kept falling still not getting used to the ice in my front yard.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><br \/>\nWe walked our three dogs on it, who, was also not used to the snow but still loved it. My dog, Sammy, kept falling as well.
