<\/a><\/p>\nThe Key Club recently hosted its anual blood drive.<\/p>\n
They received 48 units of blood from the students.<\/p>\n
For some students is was their first year donating.<\/p>\n
“This is my first year giving blood so I’m really sure of the process. So so for I’m just deciding,”Bethany Runyan said.<\/p>\n
A large number of students came to donate their blood.<\/p>\n
“It’s kind of a family thing we like to and we like to help,” Runyan also said.<\/p>\n
Jarrod Creameans said he decided to give blood because he thought it might help someone who was in need.<\/p>\n
“I gave blood because \u00a0I really thought that somebody might want to use my blood more than I could use my blood,” Creameans said.<\/p>\n
Some students were anxious about giving blood.<\/p>\n
“I’m very nervous actually” Runyan said.<\/p>\n
All in all the blood drive was a great success and there will be another one during the spring.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
