Valentines day being just around the corner means its time to grab the ones you love and show them how much you appreciate them!\u00a0I&#8217;ve asked my fellow classmates and teachers a couple of questions on how they go out of their way to express their love this season.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-42935 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/searcylionpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/6358935119109574891926584875_valentines-day-gifts-400x400.jpg\" alt=\"6358935119109574891926584875_valentines-day-gifts\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" \/>Each person I interviewed had a different view on what love is to them. According to Merriam-Webster.com the definition of love is a feeling of strong or constant affection for a person or an attraction.<\/p>\n<p>First I interviewed, Officer Davis and asked him what love means to him, Davis stated &#8221; Love is giving a limb for them&#8221;. In other words you love them so much you would be willing to give up a finger or arm.<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/> Next I interviewed a student to hear their perspective on love. Anissa Williams says love to her is, &#8221; When you care for someone very deeply and you have a strong feeling for them.&#8221; Loving at a young age is very risky and most young people don&#8217;t quite understand what love really is. Loving at a young age, you tend to show it differently than older people. Anissa says she shows love by, &#8220;being there when needed most and always backing them up.&#8221; Younger people don&#8217;t tend to show love through affection as older people. I then asked Officer Davis how he shows love and he says, &#8221; He&#8217;s more of a giver&#8221;. He loves giving gifts and would rather receive a home-made gifts than a store-bought gifts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/>All of the talk about love suggest that they would be showing love on valentine&#8217;s day, student, Anissa Williams says she will be spending valentines day working or occupying her time to keep her mind off of being single this holiday. Officer <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-42934 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/searcylionpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/vcligyognfpb7shjecq5-400x225.jpg\" alt=\"vcligyognfpb7shjecq5\" width=\"400\" height=\"225\" \/>Davis says he will spend his valentines with his wife having dinner and enjoying a movie, after finding a babysitter for his six kids!<\/p>\n<p>Remember this holiday to focus more on the ones you love instead of the stereotypical boyfriend\/girlfriend holiday.
