LOST AND FOUND:<\/b><\/span> <\/b>Please check the West Office for any items you may have misplaced before you leave for Christmas break.\u00a0 All items remaining on 12\/22 will be donated.<\/span><\/p>\n

ACT PREP COURSE<\/b><\/span>: Harding University’s registration form for the last ACT Prep course for the school year is now available.\u00a0 The course is offered right before the February testing date.\u00a0 Registration can be done by mail or by phone.\u00a0 Preregistration is required.\u00a0 Students can pick up a form in the Guidance Center at their convenience.<\/span><\/p>\n

CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT<\/b><\/span>: Students who plan on taking ANY concurrent credit class (ON CAMPUS OR OFF CAMPUS) must make arrangements with ASU Beebe\/Searcy NO LATER THAN\u00a0December 15.\u00a0 Students must be enrolled by that date. They can pay later or set up a payment plan later but they must be enrolled. \u00a0 Students who do not complete the registration\/enrollment process by\u00a0December 15\u00a0will not be allowed to enroll with ASU Beebe\/Searcy for the spring semester. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

JOSTENS:<\/b><\/span> JOSTENS REPRESENTATIVE will be on campus in the library\u00a0Wednesday, December 14\u00a0from\u00a010:50-12:20\u00a0to deliver ring orders.\u00a0 Please be prepared to pay in full before you will be allowed to pick up your ring. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SENIORS:<\/b><\/span> \u00a0If you have not placed your senior order for cap\/gown and any extras you wish to order, you may come to the library during the time Jostens representative will be on campus to place your order.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/b><\/span>FCA Jacob’s Place Christmas Service Project<\/b><\/span>: This year’s FCA Christmas service project will be on\u00a0Saturday, December 17th\u00a0from\u00a010:00-noon\u00a0at Jacob’s Place homeless mission.\u00a0 ALL students and faculty are welcomed to participate.\u00a0 FCA will be taking donations and using 100% of the money raised to buy Christmas gifts for the children in Jacob’s Place.\u00a0 On\u00a0Saturday, December 17th, we will take the gifts to Jacob’s place and do service work for them.\u00a0 Students and faculty are invited to participate in one or both ways.\u00a0 Donations can be made and signups are in Coach Turney’s classroom (117). \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

YOUTH TO YOUTH : <\/b><\/span>Youth to Youth members, please stop by Mrs. Delgado’s room to sign up for volunteer opportunities.<\/span><\/p>\n
