HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL: Students interested in cast/crew positions for the fall musical School House Rock Live Jr. should come by either the drama room or the library between classes or before or after school to pick up either a tech application or an audition packet. Students interested in a tech crew chief or designer position need to also set an interview with Mrs. Taylor THIS WEEK.

ELECTIONS FOR STUDENT COUNCIL CLASS OFFICERS AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL OPERATE AS FOLLOWS:
Tuesday August 22: Campaigning begins
Friday August 25 – Students will vote in their English classes
Monday August 28 – all campaign material must be taken down and disposed of
Each class will choose its own president, vice president, secretary, and four representatives.
CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS:
YOUTH TO YOUTH: Youth to Youth will meet Friday, August 25 at 7:40 am in Mrs. Delgado´s room, #325. Please bring membership dues. Dues are $5 for returning members and $7 for new members.
FTA: Students in all grades may sign up for FTA in Mrs. Cook’s room starting Monday, August 21. Dues are $5.00. Information regarding club activities will also be available.
ART CLUB: Art Club meeting on Wed. 23rd at 7:40 A.M. in room 201. If you would like to join the Art Club Bring $20 dues to the meeting. We will vote on officers and Sweethearts.
FCA: “FCA meetings will be Thursdays at 7:15 in the hospitality room in the gym beginning this Thursday. ALL students are invited.”
FISHING CLUB: Anyone interested in joining the SHS Fishing Team as either a recreational or competitive angler should meet in Mrs. Jones’s room 320 at 3:30 on Wednesday 8/23.
FCCLA: FCCLA is starting the collection of dues. The dues are $12.00 and can be paid to Ms. Johnston in the FACS room 104.
