SENIORS:  If you were absent when the list was distributed in English classes for your diploma name,  please come to the East Office and see Ms. Daves.

BOYS AND GIRLS STATE: Any current junior boy or girl who wants to attend Boys or Girls State should stop by the guidance center and sign up for more information. The deadline to sign up is Feb. 28.   Boys State is held on the campus of the University of Central Arkansas in Conway while Girls State is held on Harding University’s campus here in Searcy.  Both camps are a week long and teach students how government is run on the local and state levels through simulations of real scenarios.  The dates for the camps are May 27th thru June 1st.  Interested students should exhibit outstanding leadership, character, scholarship, loyalty, and service to the school and community and have an interest in learning how local and state governments are run.

Alternate Method Instruction : Students will take home a letter about Alternate Method Instruction(AMI) Days today for their parents.  This letter is also on our website for parents.  Teachers will be passing out the AMI Day letter to all students fifth period today.

ARKANSAS TRUCKING  ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP: Arkansas Trucking Association is pleased to announce it is accepting applications for a new scholarship opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career as a medium and heavy duty truck technician.  Interested students can pick up an application in the Guidance Center.  Applications will be accepted through March 16, 2018.
