Searcy, AR (LP) — Society today has added many stressful unhealthy situations upon young adults and children in our community. These two years have crossed into even more desperate transitions towards dealing an impact on the mentality of young adults and many families as well with children who are growing into the young adult stage of their lives. More responsibilities come with being allowed to take in our society around us in depth and to be able to create ourselves. Sadly, the manipulation of many “extraordinary things” have tied up the majority of the newly coming generations throughout high school. Such as social media, peer pressure, and even the ways our world leaders might try to test upon generations these days.

In society today, we take things for granted daily. The norm of our routines we have throughout our days suppress the factual entity and evidence of something new within anything exciting, so our reaction time of events are quickly developed. For young adults nowadays they seem to have no care at all in the world other than what is being posted online. Everyone in society gets to the point of taking their routines for granted and come to wanting more of the norm after something extreme happens. These causes and effects play a huge part and can sometimes damage perspectives of the people in the community. Negative and positive affects deal change within the mentality of the people, the modern young adults have more of a harder time taking in new excitement. For example in New York where if anything out of the ordinary happens you still have crowds of people going along with their day. This being said, if our sub-urbanization starts to grow to a more complex community, the reaction from the young adults will decrease and more of the situations will show that their results after effects of society don’t have great change. Society today strives for excellence for our future of America.

Within the community, many citizens each day go about their own work and lives which all go hand in hand with an organised society. How society affects each individual is taken in differently throughout all citizens. Meagan Grubbs explains,  “The people I’m around are positive and friendly. We all work hard and are a proud people.” We should always be thankful and take pride in our work throughout the community. Whether you’re an employee at a small corporation or a large empire.

Within extra activities, prior to social media and social expectations, the generations within high school and college are being more and more affected by the uncontrolled manipulation of being created as what they are not. Those who’ve found themselves don’t let minor situations affect their day. Those who’ve taken on more throughout the day develop life skills earlier than most. Throughout the negative and positive effects of society, we find that more and more students are relying on phones, and even promoted social media platforms. These platforms disable young people to develop mature life skills which are communication, eye contact, and courtesy to others. Positively, social groups and activities in person help gravitate the students towards life skills that are needed. Society nowadays in many different ways has the ability to break people and make people. Offline interaction, which takes communication skills can easily help individuals grow at a faster and more mature rate. Online interactions take away from life skills needed for job requirements throughout many situations. These situations follow into being able to have a true conversation whether you’re a bank clerk or a marketplace cashier, enabling customers to feel at home while shopping or just depositing a check.
